I want to share my impressions of visiting this wonderful spa. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. It can be seen that the staff pays special attention to hygiene and sanitary standards. I would like to mention the professionalism of the craftsmen separately. The specialists really know their stuff – their technique and attention to detail are impressive. The salon staff are real professionals in their field. The administrator greets you with a smile and tells you in detail about the procedures. The craftsmen not only masterfully perform their work, but also create a comfortable atmosphere, taking into account all the wishes of the client. The atmosphere in the salon promotes complete relaxation: pleasant music, soft lighting, aromatherapy. All these details, combined with a high level of service, create ideal conditions for relaxation. I definitely recommend this spa to anyone who appreciates the quality of services, the professionalism of the staff and impeccable cleanliness. Here you can really relax your mind and body, getting the most out of the procedures.

I visited the center with my husband, on the recommendation of a friend. A very pleasant receptionist welcomed us cordially, as regular customers and old acquaintances. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and professionalism of the specialists. The first important thing for many is the cleanliness, the feeling as if it had just opened yesterday. Furniture renovation- it's like the first visitors) I was very surprised by the level of specialists, Rihanna and Leah were engaged in us, I have never received such muscle training anywhere, and take my word for it, there is something to compare it with! The price of the VIP complex turned out to be twice lower than the usual massage in the hotel I definitely recommend you to visit!

Two weeks ago, my wife and I visited the Royal Wellness SPA. I've been to many spas before, but this one really surprised me - it's rare to find a place where everything goes so well together. From the threshold you plunge into a pleasant atmosphere. Thoughtful interior, quiet relaxing music, no fuss. The receptionist Lyudmila greeted us as if we had known each other for a long time: with a warm smile, attention to every detail. While we were waiting for our procedures, she kindly offered us a cup of cappuccino. I chose a Relax massage, and my wife chose a medical one. Both procedures were performed by Indonesian craftsmen, seemingly fragile women, but we were genuinely surprised by the way they work. They are very diligent, strong, and incredibly empathetic. They know exactly where to ease the pressure and where to add effort. After the session, I felt my whole body fill with lightness, and the tension that had been building up for weeks finally went away. My wife was completely delighted with the medical massage — she said that the specialist worked with specific problem areas, but at the same time everything was very careful and professional. We plan to come back again and have already recommended this place to our friends. If you are looking for a really high—quality massage and a calm, spiritual rest, it is definitely worth a visit.
