Stylish, new, comfortable! From 26.02 to 01.03, my husband and I visited the Royal Riviera 4* Hotel in Staraya Gagra. We stayed in the standard room on the 6th floor. The location is excellent, near the Gagra Colonnade, near the palm-tree embankment and the Seaside Park, where you can walk, there is a cafe Azra nearby, where you can taste Turkish cuisine. The hotel is located on the 1st line, across the street from the sea, our room had a side view of the sea, the hotel practically stands on the sea. The food is delicious, beautifully decorated, soft meat, interesting snacks, sandwiches, salads, and a glass of red wine is served for dinner. The assortment is not very large, but everything is delicious and fresh. Room - comfortable bed, normal pillows, large bathroom, good cold/hot water pressure, view of the sea from the room)) there is a large balcony, bathrobes and slippers, new bed linen and towels. It is a pity that water bottles are provided only once, upon check-in. We bought water at the bar, as there were no shops nearby. Entertainment - during the day we went on excursions, bought from Feruza on the 1st floor, good organization, even Ruslan took us on an individual excursion to the ghost town. In the evening we played mafia - the first time with the presenter Natalie, and then we had a gambling and fun company and we played on our own)) We had a lot of fun with our mafia games)) There is not much entertainment for small children, I mean the playroom. The fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation in the room, you can hear the road at night, you can hear what is happening in the next room (for example, the TV) Would we return to this hotel? Yes, of course)

Заселение в отель прошло с опозданием, закрытие аэропорта, заселили нас в красивый чистый номер на 8 этаже. К сожалению работал только 1 лифт, что создавал очередь. Питание было разнообразным, вкусным, НОмв питались во вторую смену и не хватало чистой посуды. При выезде с нас взяли штраф 2000 рублей, за опоздание с выселениеи.. Мы задержались... Руководству надо индивидуально подходить к таким случаям и не портить репутацию отеля. За это снижаю оценку. Дегьги превыше человечности. Благодарю Саида за душевность и человечность

This is not the first time we have rested in Gagra, there is something to compare it with, the hotel is simply awesome! We stayed at this hotel from April 19th to 26th, arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., we were immediately checked in for an additional fee (1000 rubles), and were given a room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool. The room is new, modern, very clean. The room has everything you need, even bathrobes. Cleaning was done every day, the floors were washed, towels were changed, and the trash was taken out. We had two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, everything was very tasty and varied. The pool is very warm and the water is clean. The hotel is located near the colonnade, there are always taxis nearby, you can get anywhere at any time. There is a cafe within walking distance, as well as a seaside park nearby. The beach is across the street. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we will return to it more than once.
