Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and the very center! We have been looking for a suitable hotel for a long time and this is 10 out of 10 View rooms, cleanliness . Great restaurant breakfasts, beautiful interior.👍👍 Spacious rooms, I recommend this hotel, it will be predictably good here, without unpleasant surprises that may be in other hotels 😅 We will definitely come back again, thank you very much!

I visited this casino today. Everything is fine, the staff at the entrance is excellent, the waiters work quickly and try their best, maybe I was lucky that there weren't so many people. But it's still clean and the tobacco ventilation works fine in the establishment. I was confused by one moment, for which I lower the stars. When I asked for cigarettes, they refused me, referring to the limits. No one informed me at the entrance that if you win in an institution, then there are some limits. The senior management, who reproached me for this, spoke rudely and tried to leave, citing more important things than explaining the reason for the refusal to me. I was ready to buy, but the tone of communication stopped me, and I had to leave. Dear administration of this institution, be customer-oriented and change the senior staff, or conduct a training, perhaps the guests will reach out to you.
