They took it away by themselves, returned it by themselves.Thank you so much for your honesty, patience and golden hands. Special respect for the pick-up/delivery service Now GT is flying, BH is whispering. My wife is happy, and so am I. The season is open with a bang. I will contact you again.

The highest quality service and the nicest people! Getting to know Rovaram started when I needed help buying a used bike at a flea market. The guys kindly examined the potential purchase, said it was "shoals", and such a consultation was called "a bonus in honor of acquaintance, then you will come to us :)" That's what happened: the bike was serviced regularly by them during the entire cycling season [I ride at a slightly higher level, just an amateur, often racing and a lot of dirt, so the bike is serviced once every couple of weeks] One of the most important advantages of this service is: - I don't have a headache about spare parts, they will find them themselves, order them and deliver them. - Always on time, always fast. - I've never seen anything fixed, but it broke a day later: everything is clear, everything is fine, I'm not afraid to go 100 km into the forest or to the race after the repair, I know that it will work like clockwork. - Do not inflate the price or ala "vtyukhivanie", you want to change it, you want not, it's up to you, but they will tell you about the nuances and consequences. - There is parking near the service (it is important for me that it is convenient to bring my bike, but the guys themselves can pick it up and return it in their service car) Resume, Don't carry money to other workshops when there are guys who are passionate about their business, first of all, and get high! Excellent repair service. I gave the new bike for adjustment after the seller's assembly. We eliminated the disturbing nuances, checked the tightening of the connections, and gave recommendations on operation. The child rides with pleasure.
