We rented two rooms. The cost of one room is 100lari, they include breakfast. One of the advantages: the presence of a large Parking lot (we were in a car) The reception was open until late The building itself looks modern The morning receptionist spoke good Russian On the downside: The room is not clean There's almost nothing to eat for breakfast, we ate boiled eggs and some oatmeal porridge with coffee, which is generally fine for the money. The sausages are inedible. The rooms are tiny In two rooms, the toilet smelled strongly of sewage Very good audibility Synthetic bed linen There were few towels, no foot pads The most annoying thing, in booking.com price for two nights (two!) there were 70 lari for two people, that is, 35 lari per day. If the price was like that, I wouldn't have any complaints at all. But I couldn't book rooms through booking.com When we got there, the receptionist said that they didn't have current prices for booking.com and you can't book accommodation there. Then why put it there? Unclear..The next day, we rented another hotel that was one and a half times cheaper and much better.

We booked the hotel via trip com with bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out. On the day of departure, we were woken up at 12:30 and told that we had to check out before 12:00 (although we could have reported this earlier, not half an hour later) and that if we didn't leave immediately, we would have to pay extra. They shrugged off the fact of booking with a late check-in. Also, breakfast is not from 8:00, but from 9:00 to 11:00. Keep in mind that even if you arrive after 10:00, everything will be almost empty, the food is practically not updated, maybe you will get bread and a couple of pieces of sausage. Also, when choosing a deluxe room with a work desk and a king-size bed, we were accommodated in a room with two twin beds that were constantly moving apart. There was also no desktop. The air conditioner in cool mode was blowing very warm air. The room was quite stuffy, despite the cool weather. I didn't want to open the windows, because there was a road nearby and it was very noisy, but I had to. Expectation and reality don't match. I was guided by good reviews and an 8.0 rating, but I was disappointed. Of course, this is not the stated 4 stars, maybe not even 3. In general, you can live for 2 days. But it's better to look for another place, if time permits.

We recently went on a trip to Tbilisi with a group of 20 people and stayed at this hotel. When we were tired, we were greeted by very friendly people, manager Igor and his staff. They settled into rooms very quickly. The hotel is nice, new, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are large, everything is available - a towel(3), slippers, boiling white bed linen, which was changed to clean after 3 days, TV, refrigerator. The bathroom is beautiful, clean, everything is shiny, there is everything for personal hygiene - gel, soap, toothpaste, brushes. Hearty breakfasts were provided in the morning. The hotel itself is 10 minutes from the city, buses run every 10 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby, the prices of which are very pleasing and significantly differ from prices in the city. There is also a supermarket and a shop nearby, everything you need is there. There was a warm and friendly attitude on the part of the service staff, if any questions arose, they were immediately, unconditionally resolved. We had a very good rest in this hotel, felt at home, it was quiet, comfortable, cozy. We are grateful to Manager Igor and his staff for their warm welcome and attention. I hope that we will stay at this hotel again on our next visit. Thank you.
