Почему то спрашиваю карту тех осмотра в городе не спрашиваю и делают но в толбазах мне не сделали совсем оборзели

Недавно я страхавал машину,тех осмотр не сделали пришлось пойти другой здание Россельхозбанк. За техосмотром это унас в Башкирие вАургазинском р/ не Толбазах .вот почему я ставил 1!.
