I purchased a red Rawmid Dream Classic BDC-03 blender on April 15, 2025. The first time it was used (just to make a simple oat smoothie), the device started smoking and completely failed. When I contacted Anuar's manager about this problem, instead of solving the issue, he demanded that I take a video of a faulty electrical appliance smoking! This not only violates my rights as a consumer, but also endangers my safety. I strongly do not recommend this store and their products. In my experience, the company does not properly check the quality of goods before sale and is not focused on solving customer problems.
