About 3 years ago, we took flowers only here. But then, something changed a lot. The flowers have become of a disgusting quality. Bouquets bought in romantica and in other flower shops (in the same price range) stood for completely different amounts of time. The bouquets from the romantic stood overnight, and in the morning they were already in a dead state. They gave this store an opportunity a couple more times, and when they bought them, they said that their flowers had gone bad. They referred to supplies or something else, and now the flowers will be standing. But nothing has changed. So they stopped taking it there, there is no desire anymore. You know, I feel sorry for the money for a 50k bouquet that will stand overnight.

Since I do not live in Kazakhstan, I wanted to make it pleasant, I ordered a bouquet for my mother with delivery for her birthday. The choice fell on this flower shop, unfortunately (Half of the flowers wilted the next morning (photo attached) The store is not customer-oriented at ALL, they claimed that their flowers are cool, fresh, and you "fools" do not know how to store … Naturally, they still have to answer....So ... we have already seen bouquets of flowers in our lives) and, yes, this is not the first bouquet given to my mother, we know what to do with the bouquet after the presentation! All the basic things were done, such as cutting, putting in fresh water, and adding a special powder. Maybe you have special flowers and need some kind of spell?) or should I put them in the refrigerator and admire them there?) Before that, I also ordered flowers, but in other flower salons, but this has NEVER happened: something stood longer, something less, but NOT for 1 DAY!!!!!!!!!! THE GIFT WAS RUINED, and the flower shop called Romantic turned out to be not Romantic at all...... Therefore, the conclusion is obvious: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!! One of the photos shows delivery on December 10 (13:00), the next - on December 11 morning ! Here are such beautiful and fresh flowers from Romantic flower salon

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this flower shop. The level of service is below any criticism. The staff is rude to customers, it feels like you're not welcome here at all. But it was even more shocking how employees behave among themselves — rudeness, humiliation and a complete lack of respect for new employees. From the outside, it looks like blatant exploitation and deception of new employees. They work without official registration, they promise one thing, but in fact they promise something completely different. It also seems that most of the revenue passes by the cash register — not all checks are punched, double counting is carried out. The respected tax inspectorate should definitely pay attention to the activities of this store. I strongly recommend it, neither as a buyer nor as a potential employee.

The florists in this store seem to come up with prices right on the go. They just announced one amount for the bouquet, and five minutes later they are already calling another amount — more. The feeling that they are looking at the client and deciding whether to "throw" or not. They bought a bouquet of roses — they tried to slip obviously wilted flowers. When a remark was made, the response was a displeased face and irritation, no apology. After such an attitude and disrespect for the customer, one thing is clear — we will not come to this store for flowers anymore. A very unpleasant experience. I don't recommend it.

Terrible flowers, the worst in my life! After the flowers were taken away and the film was removed, the flowers were already half-dead, and after 6 hours they wilted along with the leaves. The sellers are aggressive and rude, and when they tried to make contact and resolve the situation, they started hitting on me and accusing me. I do not recommend this flower stall!
