An example of how you can't fit a shopping mall into a seemingly promising roadside location. No normal approach, no entrance. It would be better to have a piece of a recreational area with thuja trees, bushes and benches with a view of the Zelvensky tank than this semi-useful neither architecturally nor properly commercial "masterpiece". ...something like that ((
