I would like to thank Elena Viktorovna Tereshko; the entire staff of the neonatal intensive care unit, especially Tatiana Anatolyevna Dyakova, Alyona Vladimirovna Anisimova and Angelina Kaminskaya; the entire staff of the pediatric department and especially Natalia Nikolaevna Tkach. It so happened that my daughter was born at 32 weeks weighing 1700 g, immediately went to the intensive care unit and stayed there for a month. There was pneumonia, a ventilator, then CPAP, they tried to transfer the baby to independent breathing, but it turned out to be very difficult, they returned to CPAP. There was a huge amount of medication and struggle for my long-awaited baby girl. But thanks to the excellent doctors (first of all, these are wonderful PEOPLE), we managed to overcome everything and the baby was able to breathe on her own. In addition to the professionalism of the doctors and nurses, I would like to note the very human attitude towards the babies and to us, the mothers, who are worried about their children and are looking for at least a drop of positivity in the daily struggle for the life and health of our children. I am amazed by such a warm attitude towards me and my daughter! With such tenderness, the girls take care of our ankles! With such calmness and confidence, doctors do their job! Everything is explained in great detail, so this is a frightening place - intensive care! - it doesn't scare you so much anymore and inspires hope and even sometimes confidence that everything will be fine and the baby will definitely recover. And this is the word of Alyona Vladimirovna, when I came to the kangaroo method: "Enjoy!" I still have your voice inside me! It's really a pleasure to hug your little baby, who is fighting so hard for her life! I do not know who needs these hugs more: babies or mothers. This is true bliss! Nurse Angelina Kaminskaya was so affectionately friends with my girl, it was very touching! The name turned out to belong to a man. "They're all little angels," I remember your words. You're the angel! May all the kindness and warmth that you have given to our girl come back to you! A month later, my daughter was transferred to the pediatric department on the floor below. My husband and I had doubts, maybe we should go to Mother and Child, but Tatiana Anatolyevna clearly said that our girl only needed a mother at this stage, and there was nothing to look at difficult cases in Mother and Child and worry once again. I trusted Tatiana Anatolyevna and didn't regret a bit. In the pediatric department, too, the doctors and all the medical staff turned out to be competent and very pleasant people. I have never heard any harsh words, everyone is very supportive and happy about the daily success of our kids. I just fell in love with Natalia Nikolaevna Tkach! A beautiful woman, smart, professional, no pink snot, everything is clear and to the point. I love it when they don't spread out over the tree, but know exactly what they're doing. Natalia Nikolaevna immediately outlined the approximate length of stay at the department, I understood that we would not be discharged quickly, but the fact that my daughter and I were already lying together was very inspiring. I was happy with my daily, even the tiniest, successes, I tried to follow all the recommendations and continue to do so. And just 2 weeks later, the long-awaited discharge happened! This is assuming that 2 weeks has been designated as the most optimistic scenario for us. But we succeeded! Our girl is a real fighter! Natalia Nikolaevna, we are being monitored by a neurologist at the Almazov Center, as I said. The next ultrasound scan has already been scheduled, so as I said, I'm not letting things take their course, we're working with my princess, she's already holding her head and she's getting more and more confident! And this is taking into account that according to the PD, she should have been born a week ago. We are waiting for when we gain 5 kg and we were promised to think about inpatient rehabilitation and professional massages, if necessary. I hope that it will be soon, because in 3.5 weeks after discharge, we have almost reached 4 kg. I am very grateful and glad that my baby and I were in the hands of the doctors of the 1st maternity hospital. I just did not expect such an attitude, support and such sincere feelings for patients. God himself guides your hands! And I would like to tell the hospital management. Please note that there are only 2 doctors in the pediatric department. They're working hard... Only 1 day off a week with such a nervous and responsible job. During this day, a person does not just not have time to rest, you will not have time to come to your senses! It won't take long to burn out, and we patients really need such doctors! Thank you all very much! Thanks to your efforts, the most precious human being in the world is snoring in my arms! May God grant that all your dreams come true! I will never forget what you have done for us!
