My laptop came to life after adding RAM!) I bought this laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad model) more than 10 years ago with a basic 4 GB RAM. It was enough for everyday tasks, but as soon as it started (a browser with a bunch of tabs + Photoshop + Zoom), the brakes and freezes started. I decided not to change the device yet, but to upgrade: I added another 4 GB (total 8 GB).
