One of the rare few chic and truly worthy hotels in Turkey for a divine beach holiday — but some things could, and should, be refined. Positives: The location is fantastic — just a short, easy walk into town, which is absolutely worth exploring after dinner. The overall hotel grounds are calm, green, and stylish, creating a relaxing vibe throughout. The beach is stunning, and the short boat-taxi ride there feels almost magical. Food quality is solid overall, and the specialty restaurants (paid ones) are genuinely excellent. Areas for improvement: The rooms feel quite worn, and the cleaning service really needs attention (see attached images of my slippers and the dirt behind the bed). At one point, our door handle had to be fixed because the door wouldn’t open after returning from the beach. The Wi-Fi is very slow — you may need mobile data if you plan on taking international calls. Finally, for a hotel of this brand and price point, it was surprising to see so few staff during peak dinner hours, making it tricky to get a waiter’s attention for drinks. Lastly, new AI app is just so not user friendly and unnecessary. It’d be much better if there would be a normal app. Verdict: We’d happily come back one day, but we truly hope these issues will be addressed — they’re the only things holding this place back from being flawless.

Очень внимательная, доброжелательная и искренне заинтересованная в том, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Такое отношение невозможно сыграть — оно либо есть, либо нет. Do not trust the enthusiastic reviews. The hotel does not correspond to them. My husband and I like to relax in good hotels. But this one cannot be a good at all. Very unfriendly staff, starting from the reception. A room in a five-star hotel with old furniture and plumbing. It was very difficult to book a good free restaurant, despite the fact that this is a luxury hotel with rooms for $ 400 per day. a la carte restaurants are not tasty. We spent three days in a row because we wanted to have dinner in a good restaurant with tasty food. The general free restaurant looks like a canteen. The interior is not nice. There are paid breakfasts for 2000 lira near the sea. But that's all the alternative. They do not send a schedule of the sports program. The SPA can include services that you did not order. The manager works with guests rudely. You need to go to the beach by boat. The hotel staff only treats Rixos Prive well. In general, the hotel is terrible. We do not advise anyone to go there.
