We stayed for 4 days. The guest house is excellent: the room is perfectly clean, there is everything you need (air conditioning, TV, slippers, toiletries). There is also a microwave, toaster, thermopot, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits are freely available. Breakfast can be ordered. I really liked the attitude of the hosts, friendly, always ready to help. The location of the house is ideal, everything is close: Republic Square, parks, Vernissage market, shops and metro. We will recommend it to our friends and now we will only stay here!

A great place to relax after hot walks around Yerevan and excursions. Tigran and his dad are very friendly people. The breakfasts are amazing. The guest house has everything you need. The location is good, close to the center.
