A super hotel on the shores of Lake Paliastomi! We came here with friends for a vacation and were absolutely delighted. We went boating, grilled kebabs, enjoyed nature and the amazing atmosphere. We booked a two—bedroom cottage - the rooms are very comfortable, clean and stylish. The territory is simply magnificent: there are saps, boats, fishing rods, you can go fishing or just have a great time by the water. Separately, I would like to mention Dmitry, one of the best managers I have ever met. He is always in touch, helps with any questions and really cares about the comfort of the guests. The place is incredible: nature, service, atmosphere — everything is at the highest level. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest on the shores of the Black Sea and Lake Paliastomi. It's just a cannon, not a hotel!

Great place! We spent unforgettable days in Poti! Thank you Riverside! We lived in a cottage with spacious modern apartments with everything you need. There are recreation areas on site. Cozy, clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Nearby there are picturesque places, a river and a lake, near the seashore with a wide long sandy beach. We recommend you to stay! I had to get to Poti for work, and it so happened that the arrival time was 2 a.m. I talked to the owner at 9 p.m., explained the situation that there would be a late check-in, to which the owner offered to meet me himself and check me into the room. The man is very pleasant, punctual, cultured, speaks excellent Russian. He knows the city perfectly, he will tell you everything you need. Regarding the number:clean, everything you need is there, a beautiful courtyard, a river flows behind, which unfortunately could not be appreciated, there was little time. I definitely recommend it!

It's a wonderful place! It's cozy, kind, and welcoming. We came to go boating - and it's just mind blowing! So cool! I haven't seen this anywhere else. Literally :) I think you can see this in the Amazon and on tropical rivers, but you wouldn't expect it in Georgia. The Georgian Amazon was incredibly impressive! I didn't expect it to be so cool! Thank you very much to the hosts! Igor is the best! He knows every underwater and surface snag, masterfully controls the boat. All that remains is to get high and enjoy nature.

A great place for a family or romantic vacation. I really liked the exclusive boat tour of the relic lake from the owner of the establishment: I brought it to places where official excursions do not go. It's like the Amazon jungle! He also took them to the observation tower, where the anniversary was celebrated surrounded by the untouched nature of the relic lake. We didn't even know that it was possible. There are a lot of impressions! The hotel complex itself is a quiet place away from the road, good rooms, there is a terrace right on the riverbank where you can sit and cook food on the grill. Nice rooms. And in terms of money, everything turned out well together. I recommend everyone to go and take a tour!

The house has a river with sun loungers, swings, hammocks, a lake and the sea in 5 minutes, a chic Arboretum in 20 minutes by taxi The owners are like ninjas — they answer and solve all questions instantly, while they are delicate, unobtrusive, good-natured people, they helped us in everything, treated us, took us on a boat 🤍 There are many additional services: excursions, romantic trips for two, transfers — ask, they will tell you everything The breakfasts for an additional fee are super tasty and the portion is large, we even overeated) Another of the amenities is that there was a market, a pharmacy and a vegetable shop nearby, a large supermarket in the center of Poti is 10 minutes by taxi In general, the vacation turned out great, we will come again, success to the owners in everything 🫂

The best place in Georgia! The owner is Russian-speaking, responsive, always in touch and ready to help with any question. There is no smell of sewage in the rooms, as in most hotels in Georgia!!! The room is clean and cozy! The yard is neat. The room has access to the river with a refined place for gatherings and fishing! Of the several rooms in our car trip to Georgia, this was the best! We didn't regret a bit and were glad that we stayed here! I recommend it!

On April 20, my friends and I booked a house at Riverside Cottage in Buckingham, for a day from May 30th to 31st. On the evening of May 29, they write on WhatsApp at the number indicated in the booking that the house is occupied, they tell something about duplicate bookings, and so on. There is a large event in Poti on May 31 by local standards, so we booked the house as much as possible in advance, and as a result, we remain homeless less than a day before arrival. I go to another platform, I see a suitable free option with a different name (Green House) and prepayment. I make a reservation and immediately call with a request to confirm the reservation. I'm being sent on WhatsApp to the same number that I just texted a friend from. It turns out that this is one person who rents houses under different names. And this house is also occupied, of course. "People just extended their reservations, I haven't had time to check yet." After that, it took me several hours of communication with saporta and the owner, so that he finally canceled the reservation and the refund process started. In one of the many messages, the owner said that it was better to book directly, because "based on all the armor, someone just won't be lucky." In other words, the situation with double armor is not unique here at all, and a reservation made more than a month before the arrival date and fully confirmed by the booking system means absolutely nothing. I strongly advise against risking your plans and vacations by contacting this organization.

Very nice place. On the shore of the lake. The sea with the beach nearby, walk along the scenic road through the park, the bridge over the Golden Lake and the forest. The rooms are new with new furniture and equipment. Everything is completely OK. There are no fungi and mold. Very hospitable and welcoming hosts. A very fast and accurate hotel director who will get you anything, even at one o'clock in the morning. And he will put you in a hotel, even if you arrived at a completely untimely time. We were completely satisfied. The hosts speak perfect Russian, speak English well.

Our reservation was cancelled less than a day before check-in... We booked this hotel for a company of 7 people more than 3 weeks before arrival. The trip was connected with participation in one of the largest running starts in Georgia, which attracts participants from all over the country and from abroad. Therefore, the accommodation was booked in advance, realizing that there would be practically no available places closer to the date. On the evening before arrival, the hotel informed us that it would not be able to receive us due to overbooking (It is very strange that the hotel discovered this at the last moment, although the reservation was made in advance) No alternative was offered. Moreover, after this message, the hotel representatives stopped responding to our requests. As a result, the day before the trip, we had to urgently look for new housing in the city, which was almost completely filled with the participants of the competition. Of course, the remaining options were much more expensive. Moreover, our friends who also booked this hotel reported that their reservation was also canceled at the last moment, and after a negative review, the owner called and threatened.. No one called us or answered our messages, except for himself. booking.com who promised to deal with the situation.. If the reliability of your reservation is important to you and you are sure that a pre-confirmed reservation really means something, please note our experience with this hotel, which was extremely disappointing..

We booked two cottages with friends - for 5 and for 7 people. We did it a month and a half before arrival. Less than a day before check-in, the manager of these cottages contacted me and informed us that we could not move in, as either other people were already living there, or someone else had booked and it was our reservation that needed to be canceled. The manager did not solve this problem somehow, but simply confronted the fact that check-in was impossible. He also suggested an option that was much worse and not suitable for us. After that, we found another place through Airbnb and booked it. But after calling the owner of the cottage, we got to this manager again. And guess what he said? This cottage is also already occupied, although we booked through Airbnb and paid money for it. I do not recommend contacting these cottages, as you are at great risk of being abandoned and looking for a place to live on the night before checking in.
