I would like to heartily recommend the River Run Hotel! This is a truly wonderful place that has exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are very spacious and stylish, and the view from our window on the third floor to Abkhazia was simply amazing – we admired it every day! The atmosphere in the lobby was magical, especially with the fireplace and the beautifully decorated Christmas tree – a real New Year's Eve spirit! We had a rest from December 18 to December 23, and every moment was filled with comfort. I would like to express my gratitude to the hostess Marina for her sincerity, kindness and generous treats – it was very pleasant! Irochka, thank you for the delicious breakfasts and the care, we felt at home. The hotel's territory is a real oasis: a beautiful garden where you can relax, and a wonderful relaxation area by the river with a barbecue and even backgammon for evening gatherings. The location is ideal – the sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and the embankment with many cafes, restaurants and shops is within walking distance. We are already planning to return! We wish the River Run Hotel continued prosperity, success and more positive and grateful guests in the New Year!❤️I'm thrilled with the moon

We had a great 4 nights here with the whole family. There is enough space, the breakfasts are great, the recreation area is excellent, the bathroom is odorless. It would be nice to have tighter curtains, but this is not critical. We are very satisfied, the reviews helped a lot. I wish you prosperity!

We spent a week at this hotel! I really liked the hotel! Everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts are rich and varied (you can walk around until the evening). The staff is friendly! They will always ask you what you need, if everything is fine! The terrace deserves special praise, the river next to it looks cool through the banana palms! We arrived in February, out of season, for good luck, after seeing the reviews and room sizes on the Island. Despite the fact that the hotel was closed, there were no residents, we were promptly greeted by the hostess, then we were checked in and well fed in the morning! The rooms are clean, Underfloor heating, and beautifully renovated. Lovebirds in the lobby have added positivity. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful rest from July 13 to 26 with this wonderful guest house. The rooms are all large, the water is hot and cold around the clock. There has been no power outage, as it was written here more than once. The breakfasts are very tasty, cooked at home It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. There is a small market along the way. You can buy various vegetables and fruits. Prices are the same as in Moscow. There are many different excursions. You will definitely not be bored. The sea was clean and warm. There are many catering outlets nearby. You won't stay hungry. In general, I advise you to stay in this guest house in autumn. But you need to book in advance. There is a very high demand. The staff is kind-hearted Cleaning is daily. There is air conditioning in the room. As well as a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi. Everything worked. Many thanks to all the staff of the guest house for the warm welcome.

Great place! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is all intact, new. There is a kitchen and all necessary utensils. Kettle, refrigerator, microwave, everything is available. The bathroom is a good size, the water is both cold and hot - it has always been there, and we lived for 7 days. And now a little bit about the staff. Sincere, kind people. They are completely unobtrusive, and visitors have written about three-course breakfasts more than once. The place is cozy and quiet. There are parrots, there is a beautiful courtyard with beautiful plants, with a fountain, and in the evenings it all lights up! The hotel is located right above the mountain river, at the base of the mountain, so the views around are great. The beach is very close, 600 meters walk through the courtyard and alley of the sanatorium, we walked at a leisurely pace for 5-7 minutes. The owners of the hotel recommended us excellent restaurants, and they are within walking distance and the prices there are adequate, and the food is very tasty. When we came for the first time, we ordered a lot of national dishes out of curiosity, so they brought everything to us within 5!!! Minutes! After Sukhum, we went to Gagra, so Sukhum and the correctly chosen hotel turned out to be just a fairy tale compared to Gagra ... If we come to Abkhazia again, then only here! I really liked the hotel! A clean and comfortable room, everything is modern, beautiful interior, regular cleaning and a very tasty variety of homemade breakfasts from the hostess❤️ near the railway station, but it does not bother at all. They are not visible because of the greenery, and the train runs 1-2 times a day. We had a family vacation in July 2024. If we are still in Sukhum on vacation, we will definitely stay here again

We had different hotels on our account, but among all of them, I want to highlight this one! Starting from the management, the staff, ending with the interior-everything is gorgeous. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfasts, very sincere and really warm, family atmosphere reigns here. Beautiful, modern rooms and a very beautiful courtyard at the hotel, everything is green and bright, and a river flows along the hotel, which creates a special atmosphere during your stay. Room cleaning is a separate item, at our request, at the same minute, our room was cleaned, everything was laid out down to personal belongings, for which special thanks for giving us a break from the daily routine. I won't write for all the rooms, so I don't know) we rested in a family suite on the 1st floor. There is no balcony, you can go outside and sit near your window. And for some reason, the neighbors always put a clothes dryer next to us. The room is nice, big, clean. The furniture is gorgeous. Cleaning is daily, linen is changed after 5 days. The city beach is 5-7 minutes away, depending on how to go). There are many shops and various cafes nearby for every budget. The breakfasts are not bad (porridge, pastries, bread, eggs, pancakes, etc.), you can always ask for a replacement. The staff is wonderful! You can book excursions directly at the hotel! And they are cheaper than in the city, it is checked!

Our trip happened unexpectedly, the choice fell on this hotel. I can say right away that we were very satisfied. We liked everything. Especially the room with a balcony overlooking the mountain river. We've been to a lot of places, but this number will remain in memory as the most atmospheric. Only positive impressions remained from this guest house! The manager Alan, very hospitable, polite, welcomed us as invited guests! However, as well as all the staff! Breakfast was included in the price, they cook at home, they try to please everyone. The territory is beautiful , well-groomed , you can sit outside, there is a barbecue area. We bought disposable dishes with friends, decided to sit in the evening and have dinner in the open area. The manager saw, said, put away your dishes, take wine glasses, plates and make full use of our forge. Naturally, we cleaned up and washed everything for ourselves, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attitude! The rooms are spacious, clean, with their own kitchenette, balcony, clothes dryer. There is a washing machine on the 1st floor, which was allowed to use for free. There are shops nearby, all the infrastructure. The sea is within walking distance, 3 minutes by car. We traveled all over Abkhazia, but we saw such hospitality for the first time! Thanks a lot to Alan and all the staff!

We called Riverrun, the hostess herself came to pick us up and took us to show the hotel. We liked everything, everything is clean, beautiful , the hosts are friendly , kind. Nice guest house. We especially tried the breakfasts. A beautiful courtyard, you can relax on the terrace. We lived in a 2-room apartment. In the bedroom, the furniture is very bulky, in the other room the sofa was slightly broken, the shoe rack is broken, the plumbing is flimsy. Overall, I liked it. This is a fantastic place, as if a piece of Brooklyn was transferred to the Black Sea. Friendly hosts, stylish interiors, a lounge with banana palms, a barbecue area overlooking the old railway bridge along the river embankment. The rooms are in complete order with amenities and interiors. A quick wifi and a delicious breakfast (the recipes of the dishes are not disclosed by the hosts). Convenient parking in a secure area. The price tag is more than adequate for such a customer-oriented service.

We had a family vacation with 2 children in August 2023. We lived for 2 weeks in a 2-room room. A very good mini-hotel! The room has a balcony, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishes), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, towels, bathrobes, slippers. The hotel has a washing machine and an iron. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly! It is always clean, the room is cleaned, pastels and towels were changed, garbage was taken away. Irina's breakfasts are always very tasty, varied and large portions))) there is a barbecue on site. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea, there are many shops nearby, there is a cafe.

We decided to go to Sukhumi spontaneously and bought a decent apartment for a family of 2 plus two children - 8 and 11 years old. We considered only a two-room option, since we rented it for a week. The room is spacious, good furniture, chic renovation and chandeliers, good textiles. There is a kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, but the dishes are only for serving. I would like to have at least an induction cooker, since the proposed breakfasts absolutely did not suit us. There is no choice. Porridge is oatmeal every day. Plus bread and butter, tea and some kind of pastries. But we don't eat carbohydrates alone! This is a wish to the hostess to finalize either the cooking scheme, or to find options for full-value zaazny breakfasts. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, with wrought-iron stairs, balconies, terraces, well-groomed plantings in the inner garden, with a nice area with tables and a barbecue. It's like a whole mini-cafe! Beautiful view of the mountain river, cleanliness and comfort! The mini-hotel itself is five plus! Kitchen - minus 0.5. So in total, it still turns out to be a five. I advise future tourists to take into account the nuance with the lack of food.

We had a vacation with friends in April 2024. The hotel is only renovated, everything is clean and well maintained. The owners of the guest house are very contact and friendly. We took a room with breakfast. The breakfast is delicious: pancakes, porridge, scrambled eggs, sour cream, honey, jam, leaf tea. Everything was fresh and delicious at home.
