It's beautiful, quiet, and cozy. A yard without cars, which is very rare nowadays) Protected area. Many people are still completing their repairs, so the entrances and elevators are not very nice and clean.

I moved in 10 days ago , so far I don 't like everything well , I can 't say very much about the young people in the yard , most likely students are tenants , but it makes the yard more lively , they don 't make noise , there are no mosquitoes . It 's fresh in the evening
