The ocean was already crystal clear at that time, by the way, it was at this hotel chain that the entry into the water from the sargassum was precisely cleaned. The sand is combed every morning, and sun beds are set up. The beach is used for all hotels of the RIU chain, there are always sun beds, palm trees from the shade. There are a lot of pools, but we didn't use them, the shower is on the beach. The sun is scorching, the protection was updated before swimming and after, we bought 50 there. The food is varied and of high quality, the meat and fish are great, the coffee is good at the lobby bar, and the restaurants also have a good menu. The hotel has a high-quality entertainment program, and it hosts a white party once a week. The vacationers are mostly Canadians, Chinese, French, and Germans. We did not take excursions, rented a car and went by ourselves to Cancun, Chichen Itza, Tulum, Palenque, Celestoon, Progreso, Merida. The roads in this part are safe and comfortable, and the toilets at every gas station are always clean. You can use a Spanish dictionary with you. I was shopping in Cancun, Playa del Carmen - there is a lot to choose from everywhere, prices are the same as ours through buyers, but the choice is good. Drive without hesitation!

Everything is cool, Minus one - there are no umbrellas on the beach. But the Caribbean is the Caribbean + for the hotel staff to work with such dedication - I have never seen this anywhere else. I want to go to Mexico again! Exactly 2 years later, I rested again in this hotel - everything is sharpened for guests, There are three more hotels nearby - you can use all their infrastructure. I honestly did not expect such compliance with the anti-smoking regulations: everything is sterile, sanitizers at every step, the mask regime is strict only in restaurants and bars when choosing food and drinks. But the regime is respected by everyone! A 1.5-2m social station is also available, and everywhere: not only in the hotel area, which is guarded, but also in the shops in the city. I was amazed. To enter Mexico, you need to fill out only 2 documents: an electronic visa, a health passport and everything - no vaccination, no PCR tests. I recommend visiting Xcaret Park - flamingos, sharks, turtles, parrots, butterflies, swimming in underground caves - it's unforgettable!

The territory is large, plus if you really want to, you can relax on the territory of neighboring hotels of this chain. The rooms are clean and not cleaned, however, keep in mind that in some rooms there is a glass door to the shower, this may be an inconvenience. There is a fairly large shallow water area on the beach, it is probably convenient with children.
