The furniture is old((( but there is an inexpensive bar in the fridge with cognac, vodka, beer, wine and snacks))) very affordable prices. There is no breakfast. They give you a ticket for 500₽, but....You won't get any coffee or tea just like that without paying another 500₽.....!!))) business however)) From the good news: The sea is less than 100 steps away. A beautiful promenade, a fountain with Griffins, a beautiful sight!!!. Nearby, 50 steps from the hotel, the most famous cafe, Brekhalovka. It was from March 16 to March 20, 2026. The weather is hot, stormy and cool. Sukhum does not change. That's the beauty of it. All the world, be kind!!!

Очень хорошее расположение, рядом набережная, парк. Но сам отель давно нуждается в ремонте и обновлении номерного фонда. Персонал отзывчив на просьбы, но только вот просить приходится о том, что изначально должно быть в номерах- тапочки, халат, стаканы и прочее. Матрасам место давно на помойке, спать невозможно на них.

Disappointment from start to finish: no comfort, no respect for the guests I leave an extremely negative review about the Ritsa hotel and personally about the administrator Olga, who, apparently, is completely devoid of empathy and basic standards of hospitality. Initially, we booked a large two-room suite on the third floor. We had a large suitcase with us, and we didn't even realize that there was no elevator in the building at all. Be prepared: high flights of stairs and the administration, which apparently considers it normal to force guests to carry heavy luggage upstairs on their own. Olga initially allowed her to leave the suitcase until the arrival of the night administrator, who was supposed to help. But there is no luggage storage: things just stay in the lobby at your own risk. When we went up to the room, we were horrified. Complete shabbiness, a dull atmosphere and an absolute discrepancy between price and quality. The air is stale, and the room smells old and musty, which makes you involuntarily think of the aerobic microbes that have accumulated over the years. Airing, apparently, is not part of the management's plans here. Of course, we immediately went down to cancel this room and book another one. However, Olga's reaction only reinforced our disappointment.: instead of trying to resolve the situation or apologize for the inconsistency of the conditions, there is cold indifference and obvious lack of professionalism. No support, just a formal attitude towards guests in an unpleasant situation. If you value your comfort, health, and nerves, avoid the Ritz. Here you will find physical challenges with luggage, questionable sanitation and communication with staff who don't care about your comfort. By the way, there is no power supply 😂 Definitely not recommended
