Very nice standard (economy) class residential complex, located in an ecologically clean area. There is a large Parking lot, the courtyard is closed, the entrance is generally a "fairy tale". There are a lot of apartments on the floors, but despite this feeling that no one lives, you can only see people in the courtyard. There are a lot of children in the yard, there are children with whom and with what to play.
