The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. The donuts are delicious. But there was no coffee. I had to go to another place for coffee. We've been waiting for donuts for a long time. I wish there was coffee and other hot drinks.

They work without uniforms , gloves , or hats . When asked if freshly baked doughnuts are allowed , the staff roll their eyes in surprise . You ask for hot cocoa, they barely give you heat , in general it's a nightmare, a complete mess not only in this, but in general in all establishments.

They were punching 2 orders at the checkout at the same time and they didn't pay me, they didn't give me a check for a long time because they were punching others, idiocy, I had to go back and forth, they clicked that it was ready when they hadn't even started cooking yet and I waited another 7 minutes for it to be done, although they said it was ready and stupidly didn't give it back, I don't know, then they mixed it up they saw that I was unhappy, they didn't apologize in any way, I asked them to pack with me so that I could eat on the go, they told me you can take napkins and hold them....... I got a bone inside, the taste is very salty, in short, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND it
