We wanted to rent an apartment through this agency (see their number in the ad), we called several agents, they are all absolutely not interested in this job. We say that we need silence in response, as if agents have been recruited from the market. The arrogant tone, it felt like she had called the clinic. Customer orientation is 0. They don't know how to sell their services. We didn't get any information about the apartments we wanted to see, but we heard many times that we had to sign a contract and pay for their services, but nothing was said about what was included and how they worked. After such communication, if you can call it that, there are only negative emotions and I don't want to cross paths with this agency at all. Agents don't introduce themselves to the campaign on purpose, so as not to receive bad reviews in their name
