The managers and the Call center of the office work competently. Any questions and requests are answered 24/7. I'm always on business trips, and I've never been homeless. The only plus is there are always apartments, but the attitude towards customers is terrible, I couldn't bring pillows or a blanket, dirty bed linen, which is all stained, they don't change, the managers are not friendly. I warned in advance that three people would come, but there were only two pillows, two stools and one blanket in the apartment. The request to bring more items for convenience was refused.This is the last time I use the services of this company and I will not advise anyone
