Level 8 Local Expert

The only thing “premium” here is the price. The equipment is decent, but unfortunately, the service is of the lowest possible standard. The club feels like a cheap medical facility because everyone is required to wear blue shoe covers, while other premium clubs have already found better solutions. The covers are also unsafe because they are slippery. The changing rooms are small, and the gym is often very stuffy. The ventilation seems to be either turned off or working very poorly. When I asked about it, the staff said, “People will get sick if we turn on the air conditioning.” This sounds like an excuse to save money at the expense of customers’ comfort, which seems to be the approach to almost everything at this club. If you need towels, you have to collect them yourself and then return them, rather than simply leaving them in a used-towel bin, as you would at any other premium club. The gym is cramped overall, with far too little room for exercises on fitness mats. Unfortunately, I recommend looking elsewhere if you can, because this club does not provide the level of service necessary to call itself premium.

The pool locker room is really small and super humid, also very crowded. The pool is very warm which makes professional swimming a lot harder and can cause dizziness.

Definitely not worth the price. While the club presents itself as a premium sports club, in many areas it still archaic practices. The highlight is their pool.
