My Acer nitro laptop device malfunctioned out of the blue about 2 weeks ago. The screen was not coming, I took my device to the company where I constantly work on the subject. During the fault detection process, ram, m2, battery, etc. when I said that the problem that my component parts were intact could be caused by the motherboard chipset, I was deceived by the comments and preferred the revoser company. While delivering the device and before leaving, I explained the process to them and told them my working parts. 4 Days later, they called me and told me about the 3 parts on the chipset, it does not receive electricity, it will change the amount of 14250 TL. I also wanted a discount, and they insisted that they gave a guarantee about the "fault detection and the result of the related parts, I will not pay any fees if my computer does not work, and there is no problem with any other hardware." I have accepted the procedure to be performed based on this. It's been like 4-5 days again since Dec. They informed me that my relevant parts had been replaced, that they had powered up the computer, but the ram was also damaged. Look, the part that I have already tested, which is solid and which I stated was solid when delivering, is called solid in the fault detection, turns out to be defective. Did they offer me 8 gb of ram instead?! (why?) i wanted to compromise by finding good intentions and demanded that 8 gb of ram instead of 32 gb of ram would not be enough for me, at least 16 gb of ram would be provided by them in a way that I could also afford 16 gb of ram. However, in response to me, they returned as follows: "That they will refund the repair made, that I should buy my device, that I will not pay." In short, they did not take responsibility for my devices and equipment that they had for more than 10 days. I'm going to pick up the device tomorrow. I am sharing this article in order to be a reference to those who will prefer this company. The relevant legal process will be initiated.
