We were at the hotel from October 5 to October 14, 2019. The ticket was taken at the Muzenidis in Sokolniki. I really liked the hotel. Newly renovated, the rooms are bright and comfortable. The territory is small, but everything is thought out and done for the convenience of people. The staff is wonderful. There is a lady at the reception who speaks Russian. Everyone is very attentive, trying to help. I really liked the beach bar with a sea view. A good pool for adults, the depth on one side is 3m, on the other 1.5 m. The food is varied. There are a lot of fruits, very tasty desserts. The hotel is conveniently located, a 15-minute drive from the city of Rethymno. It's a very pleasant town. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, the sea is clean, but going into the sea is not very good, I advise you to take slippers. It's shallow for a long time, then a natural stone slab, when the calm is normal, and when it storms at least a little, it's scary to climb into the sea. This did not spoil our rest at all, we swam. The hotel made a great impression, as well as the work of the Muzenidis colleagues. Everything was perfectly organized.

We had a family vacation in August 2019. Very hospitable staff, excellent family room: modern renovation and furniture, delicious, varied food: always fruits, cookies and sandwiches during breaks; there is animation, but unobtrusive. Great hotel, I recommend it.

It is not at all clear why they were awarded 5 stars. There are many little things that of course do not spoil the vacation, but the sediment remains. There is no sound insulation, the morning begins with the rumble of the maids, the robes are leaky and worn, the towels are worn to holes, ants are in the room, the food is monotonous.
