Если покушать в Сигнахи, то это сюда. В местах где красивый вид, кухня и стоимость оставляет желать лучшего. А здесь ценник очень дешёвый, не свойственный туристической зоне, а готовят самостоятельно, не полуфабрикаты. Очень вкусно. Интерьер и посуда хорошие, обслуживание быстрое и четкое.

We recently visited the Avantaje restaurant and were absolutely delighted! This is a place with a cozy atmosphere, where every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, and the cuisine gives a real gastronomic pleasure. Khinkali is simply a masterpiece! The dough is thin but firm, a juicy filling with a perfect balance of meat and spices. They are served hot, with fragrant broth inside – you can lick your fingers! You can see that they cook here with a soul and according to traditional recipes. Separately, I would like to mention the eggplant – the most tender, with a spicy sauce and light smoked meat. This dish was a pleasant discovery for us! And how is wine served here?! An elegant plate with nuts, dried apricots and pumpkin seeds is offered to the glass – such a simple but very sincere accompaniment that reveals the taste of the drink. The wine itself is excellent, with a rich bouquet, and in this combination it is doubly pleasant. The service is excellent: the staff is attentive, unobtrusive, and always ready to recommend a dish or drink. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm, slightly authentic, with elements of Georgian flavor. I definitely recommend it!
