I found this place by chance on the Internet, there are few reviews and information, but I was interested in the menu of the set. There are 2 of them on the menu: Georgian and Italian. I wrote to the restaurant with a request to book a table for the evening, and since I don't eat meat, I asked if the chef could replace meat dishes with fish or chicken for me, but the set is Georgian, they didn't confirm it for me. The restaurant is free-standing, small, intimate, and cozy; excellent staff speak both English and Russian. The service, the service and the kitchen are all at 5! Before choosing the wine, they were given a few to taste. A couple of hours flew by quickly, my husband and I really enjoyed everything, a decent restaurant, I definitely recommend it! I was very surprised that the locals didn't know about him, hadn't even heard of him. To all my friends who will come to Georgia, I will recommend this particular restaurant in the mandatory list of visits to establishments. Thanks!

Праздновала в этом ресторане свой день рождения. Это было прекрасно! Еда, вино, сервис просто выше всяких похвал. Мы брали позиции основного меню и вкусно было абсолютно всё! Идеальное сочетание продуктов, красивая подача! Идеальный сервис! У нас был прекрасный официант, который рассказывал про каждое блюдо и вино. Вино с винодельни самого ресторана просто шикарное! Мы остались очень довольны))

Not a typical restaurant in Tbilisi. It is located in a cozy park behind the bustling Rustaveli Avenue and the Parliament of Georgia. There are not many tables, the interior does not distract from the main action.: food and drink. We came on the recommendation of a colleague. We chose the “Colors of Georgia” set. Initially, we were confused, compared to other urban establishments where the portions are huge, it seemed to us that we would not get enough with such tiny portions, as they began to serve us dishes from the set. It seemed... we rolled out of the restaurant , because the road goes downhill to the avenue. The chef managed to surprise and fall in love with Georgia even more. The combination of ingredients, spices, sauces, flavors, accompanied by the history of each dish, its regional affiliation, and legends, left an incredible impression. Staff work at a high level, lightning-fast change of dishes, appliances, filling glasses and friendliness. The dinner begins and ends with pleasant compliments from the establishment: goat cheese fries as an aperitif and an apple pie with yourself. If we visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely come back here!
