We rented a car from this organization. I can rate the level of service at 10 out of 10. The car was delivered to us on time, perfectly clean (which is extremely important for us, because we drove with a small child), with a full tank. We were immediately hired for a day, then the lease had to be extended, they answered us very quickly, and the payment was accepted remotely. Everything is fair, official, no hidden fees. We were in Minsk for the first time. We took a Volkswagen Polo, grey, for 3 days. The car is in good condition, running on both gasoline and gas. The car was provided promptly, we agreed in just a few hours, drove up and took it away. The inspection at the delivery of the car was quick, without quibbles and complaints. This is our first experience of renting a car in Minsk. We took a Skoda on the machine for one day, for a trip through the castles. The simplicity, lightness and trust in the design of the car, at first alerted. But, in practice, that's how it turned out - without collateral, deductions, and other firebrands. We just refueled the car at Lukoil and received loyalty points on our Russian card + cashback on our bank card. Everything is cool. Special thanks to Manager Maxim for (as I felt) individual support throughout the day.
