The only advantage is that it is close to the old town, but I think with this attitude to customers from this staff, I will now order everything at the pick-up point on Chapaev. I tried to make a refund for the first time last night. I stood in line for about half an hour, after which the girl said that you should wait for a refund, because she needed to make some kind of acceptance of the goods and maybe they would accept me today(although there was still an hour and a half left before the store closed). After I went outside and started calling the store's line to understand where the arguments expressed in the employee's words were in the return conditions, I noticed how the rest of those who were in line behind me began to be given the goods. I ask the organization of this store to understand this situation and at least have a conversation with an employee of the store, my negative review is not the first among others, and there are no visible changes among the employees.
