The second tablet was working, but it did not charge when turned off - it was brought with the screen open and does not turn on!!!! I'm just shocked by you guys! If you think that the organization will pay us and ask for repairs again! Then I 'll blow it . I will also study the case of how to file a complaint against you with consumer supervision. Wait for it! It's just a shame...a working tablet with a good screen! With normal batteries and so mutilate! If it were possible, I would give you 0!

Bottom line: this service is not suitable for maintenance and repair of expensive things. If you want to save your nerves, contact trusted craftsmen.
