I needed to change the gas lift in the office chair, dialed the number listed on the KresloFix website, specified the opening hours, said that the master would be on site from 17:30 to 19:00. I asked if they would accept me if I arrived around 18:30, to which I received a positive response. Sergey met me, and we got our bearings quickly and clearly. We discussed the height of the new gas lift, as the complete one turned out to be too small. In 10 minutes, the old gas lift was removed, a new one was tried on, and recommendations for use were discussed. The price of the work is 60 rubles. The warranty is 3 months.
