After the winter, the Hitachi trimmer said "I'm tired..." and refused to start at all. It's decided - I'm taking you for repairs, a quick choice of workshop and the choice fell on the service on Hrushevskaya Street. I brought the trimer for repair on Monday, and the manager called on Tuesday and said, "There are two pieces of news - good and bad. The bad news is that you need to replace the piston, but the good news is that there are spare parts and we can repair them." We announced the cost of the work, which satisfied me. It was planned for the end of the week. On Friday, they called and said they could pick it up, which they did after work. We talked with the manager, advised which oil to use, and in general about the operation of the trimmer (I refused the old oil, since the old piston was in a very hard deposit). On Saturday, the trimmer was already tested - everything is fine, it works as before. Thanks to the guys for their promptness, the manager is generally great! I wish you prosperity and development!

On the same day, I brought it to the guys and asked them to fix it as soon as possible so that repairs would not be idle. But I didn't expect that they would call me the next day and tell me that everything was ready, you can pick it up. We did it very quickly, the repair itself was not expensive, and the most important thing is that the tool works out of the box.
