I continue to be stunned by Belarusian companies, not large ones, but those for which the client is only money and not a gram of service and conscience. We are not in the scoop and this is not a government agency, but alas, neither the service nor a normal relationship with a potential client. I called on the weekend with the problem of the boiler and the replacement of the heating element, they specifically said: the master will contact you, I'm waiting, no one calls either on Saturday or Sunday. The fact that they will be contacted on a weekday is not a word. The result: on Monday (in 2 days) as if nothing had happened, he was calling, not the master, who could have already arrived and fixed everything on a convenient day for the client and was babbling about tariffs, diagnostics, paid departure for the MKAD, I did not ask him about the price, I have a problem, I need to solve it and I'm used to that this is the attitude towards people from the regions and the price is always higher. I'm asking why you didn't call back, as promised, you have your own masters or you're searching the Internet, he didn't like my questions, probably he should have begged..after all, this is not Minsk, the region, you can be rude. And with a 100% share, this master would have arrived at a convenient time for THEM, there is no alternative to such an outrage. It's sad that the word service is abusive to them, it's sad that they answer counter-questions like that, it's strange that customers tolerate it. As for me, it's better to step aside from such unfortunate companies. You can't earn all the money, and people aren't stupid. Learn how to correctly communicate information, the call time of your masters and the work schedule, to a normal attitude, respond with a normal attitude. Wasted time and nerves. And he called me on the phone, we refuse you, he didn't like my questions.
