The service definitely deserves more than 5 stars! I don't go to phone repair shops, because I try to buy once, high-quality, so that it lasts a long time and reliably. But alas, Samsung failed this time. As a result, the fingerprint sensor stopped working at first, and after a while the on/off button itself stopped working. As a result, I had to look for a specialist to replace the power button with a sensor. After 3-4 calls, it became clear that it was here that the phone could be put in order without unnecessary chatter about the complexity of repairs and the need to disassemble almost the entire device, including the internal screen (it's foldable, if anything ...). As a result, 30 minutes of work and the smartphone is back in service! The only point that I think needs to be mentioned is that the spare part itself had to be ordered in advance on its own, because for unknown reasons it is not available anywhere in Minsk, including on marketplaces. On Thursday, they call saying your fee has burned out, the repair will cost 460 rubles and will be ready in 2 days. We agreed and started waiting. Two days later, they called and said that the power controller had already burned out, that they still had to wait for some time… We asked to stop the repair and return the phone, to which they replied that it was 95% done and if you want to pick it up, pay ~ 300 rubles for the work. We agreed to wait, because the master assured us that he would work and you can be sure of their professional abilities. We arrive on the appointed day to pick it up, but they tell us we didn't do it. Bottom line: they said every day that it would be ready tomorrow, and after a week of repairs, the phone was returned without being repaired.

He showed that he was working, took the money, and that was it. There is no receipt for the work done. 120p for cleaning and breaking the cooler with a dent on the case and scratches. That is, it wasn't about the clock. It turns out that the master of the Remdevice service center, Pavel Nikolaevich, not only broke the tightness of the watch without any sense, but also diagnosed the breakdown incorrectly. This casts doubt on the high qualification of the masters of this center. Based on the answer of the sc, and he is lying. After opening the watch, a battery failure was diagnosed. Not a deep discharge, nor a replacement charger....the battery is simply diagnosed as not working properly. Yet again. Before opening the watch, it was necessary to make sure of the expediency of this procedure.
