We brought the HDS 10/20-4 car wash from the region. It was necessary to change the pump. The local workshop was not available. We were offered a free diagnosis and replacement of the pump at the Remakva service center in Minsk. The car wash was needed urgently and we went to a meeting. We took the car wash for repair in the morning (without waiting in line!), diagnosed it.(Thank God no more problems were identified). The manager promptly issued an invoice, which we paid, as the cost was adequate. A THIRD less than the cost of the Gomel workshop (not a trifle)...but it's still nice)) In the afternoon, the sink was already ready!!! We express our gratitude to all the employees of the company who promptly, without red tape, helped us solve the problem! And we had a great time waiting in the capital) We will continue to contact the company ourselves and recommend it to everyone as a reliable partner.

I really asked you to make a verdict quickly. I had to wait almost a week. I called, I reminded you repeatedly, it feels like they forgot about me. As a result, they said: the repair does not make sense. Okay, OK. I arrived and paid for the diagnosis (by the way, the amount is not a penny at all, for such money you can disassemble the tool all day, passing a death sentence on it, why strive to repair something). They no longer gave me a tool, but something dismembered: in a sticky puddle of grease, a slide of the components of my kercher.
