The water was clean, we were at the end of October, the temperature was acceptable, although, of course, it was already invigorating. On one side there are just sun beds under umbrellas, and on the other side there is a large mesh canopy over all the sun beds, creating diffused light. There are several bars, toilets and changing rooms nearby, there is a shower outside, an outdoor sports ground, in general, it is comfortable

Guys! I'm not a big connoisseur of Turkish hotels, and our corporate party didn't exactly fall on the most popular dates.) But the Hotel shocked me! A huge territory, with a Mini zoo, from which rabbits and peacocks are quietly spreading. Everything is very neat, clean, and beautiful! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are just a bomb! A huge variety of different dishes. A separate Cheese room, a separate Sausage room, a separate dessert pavilion! Plus 3 more rooms with Desserts, Coffee and sandwiches in the main building! And besides that, there are about 5 more Alyakart restaurants. And it all works!!! Despite the fact that it is clearly not the season and there are very few people. A huge spa, with two saunas, a hammam, a swimming pool, and an outdoor one too. With a separate massage area, which has its own hammam and sauna! (It's true that you need to sign up). A large room with slot machines, bowling, billiards - they really ask for 3 euros per game. And a sports bar where a beautiful barmaid makes super delicious cocktails. By the way, there are countless bars on the territory! We went through about five pieces,) And all this is not taking into account that we had another Hotel at our disposal - a new Building was built on the territory! Fresh, modern, very beautiful. Karaoke and disco are now taking place there!) And, separately, I would like to mention the most magnificent golf course. For 200 euros, the five of us were taught to hold clubs and hit the ball for 3 hours!) many of us succeeded)) In general, I really want to come back here! With my family in the summer, and with my colleagues in a year)

Regnum The Crown — a beautiful picture without a service A vacation at Regnum The Crown left extremely contradictory impressions. The hotel certainly has its strengths: beautiful, well-maintained grounds, spacious rooms with excellent sound insulation, and a pleasant beach area. I would like to mention the restaurants separately, especially the Greek and Riviera, where really good service, attentive waiters and decent a la carte cuisine. I also liked the pier and infinity pool. Unfortunately, the advantages end there. The main problem of the hotel is the complete lack of service and hospitality culture. The Guest Relationship does not actually work: the staff is not involved, does not help and does not show any interest in the guests. In general, the staff is cold — they don't greet, they don't smile, and there is no basic communication. There is absolutely no atmosphere in the hotel. No animation, no shows, no entertainment programs. There is no musical accompaniment anywhere — neither in bars, nor in lounge areas, nor on the territory. There is no live music, no DJs, not even pleasant background music. In the evening, the hotel looks empty, boring and "lifeless". It looks strange for a hotel of this level. There is also a lack of normal information for guests — there is no clear guidance on activities and recreation opportunities. The most unpleasant situation happened on my birthday. The hotel did not congratulate me in any way — no postcard, no compliment. Moreover, despite the pre-booked restaurant and the prepared table with decor, we were simply asked to leave the restaurant. No apologies, no alternatives, no attempt to resolve the situation — even from the Guest Relation. It completely ruined the party. In the end: a hotel with a beautiful design, but completely lacking in service and atmosphere. I do not recommend it and I do not plan to return.

Be prepared to pay a very large sum for a room (and you don't actually need a villa for two), that you will be deployed to the "other" part of the beach.

The territory is large, there is white quartz sand on the beach, wide comfortable sun beds, there are always places; drinks are served on the pier and there are also sun beds. The sea is warm. In the evening - live music and other entertainment. I recommend.

Nice territory, large water park, evening performances, live music, unlimited access to The Land of Legends Park. The only big disadvantage of the hotel is the service (room service, you won't find anyone on the beach, despite the call). We talked with other vacationers, it was the service that spoiled the whole impression of the hotel.

I'll start with the pros. The main one is the territory. It's huge and very beautiful. Otherwise, it's almost the standard Turkish five. A good level, like Calista, Gyural, premium Rixos. But definitely not a luxury in terms of service and food. My daughter actually got poisoned by something there. The hotel does not reach the level of Max Royal or Cullinan. Although they ask for money for a hotel no less, or even more than for a real suite. I talked to people who were in it for the first time, they say yes, the service has dropped a lot, especially since the Crown was opened. And yet, there is no animation at all, there are darts once a day and that's it... people entertain themselves. Maybe it's important to someone.

I had a rest in this beautiful hotel and got a lot of pleasant emotions: peacocks strutting along the paths right next to us. sometimes they fluff their tails and turn from side to side, there's a whole farm there - goats, fawns, and this is interesting not only for kids, but also for adults. The hotel also has several restaurants for every taste, a huge and well-maintained territory. Enjoy your stay!!!

Very nice hotel, everything is top notch, good helpful staff . There are many very good restaurants, excellent pools. But it seems to me that the prices for additional services are too high.Services: 1000€ per day, per cabana on the pier, 200€ per person in the rooftop pools is too much. The prices at the SPA are also at the maximum level... but overall it's still a great hotel, I recommend it)!

We stayed at this hotel that year, and we really enjoyed everything. That we decided to celebrate my sister's birthday this year, too. But this year the service just dropped! We arrived in the morning, promised to check in at 9-10 o'clock, since my sister has a D.R., we were told to go to the reception desk at 10, we approach, but they tell us that we have no check-in only from 14..How much was our surprise , I can not say anything . We fought for a long time... after which they gave us a room , we didn 't even need to ask for it that year , we were checked in right there , and they also gave us a gorgeous room (villa ) in honor of my sister 's birthday . I don't understand what's going on this year. Despite the fact that they promised one thing in the morning , then another Let 's go to the room ..and every day they asked , I would say they begged for shampoos , conditioner and shower gel , and they poured regular water into the soap place . 🤦♀It wasn 't even lathered ..why do we have to beg when they have to bring everything themselves every day .. the floors were not washed at all ..they forgot to put sweets for the children (these are haribo bears ..and some other little things..), they also begged for it. Before going to bed on the first day , there were chocolates on the table by the bed on the bedside table , on the second and third there were none , on the 4th they brought 🤦♀️😁 well , nonsense The food is very tasty , there is nothing to complain about , the children were happy . The fitness room is cool, everything is new , we practiced every day . They just built a new carya hotel, too, apparently all the forces are going there, and therefore the attitude here has simply become zero, keep in mind. It 's very beautiful and atmospheric , and we could eat and relax there .. every evening we went for a walk to this hotel (new) There is a mini zoo, the kids really liked it. A huge water park, the kids were happy The children 's room was also new , the children went there themselves , there were master classes every day . In principle , if you don 't look at such seemingly trivial things , you don 't pay attention , you had a good rest , and you were lucky with the weather in October . It was colder that year . And yes, the cherry on the cake, my sister would not have been congratulated on her birthday until I also begged, why did I have to beg))) They didn 't believe me yet , they asked me to send them a screenshot of my passport . It was funny and I wanted to cry at the reception when I checked in , but it 's all visible , of course , their omission is huge, that the service is just zero, but that year it was just Do I want to come here again, definitely not anymore, for the same money I'd rather fly to max Royal for the third and 4th time ... where the service remains a hundred times better and can not be compared with carya.
