One of the worst transportation companies. We postponed the delivery 3 times. It was due to the fact that we have bulky cargo (plastic pipes of 4 meters each) and they do not have cars, the question is why take such goods at all if they cannot deliver on time. As a result, our orders were disrupted and time was lost. I don't recommend them to anyone.

The case was delivered from Minsk to Brest, I arrived and showed the goods, the goods were not of high quality (I refused) and at the same time they charged me 20 rubles for delivery, when communicating with a certain Alexander (a representative of the company) It was announced to me that I had received a service and had to pay for it, regardless of whether the product was of high quality or not. The most lame company that exists in the Republic of Belarus, do not use its services.

I don't recommend it. I ordered through the encity website.by product. This store uses the delivery of this company. Delivery is carried out to the entrance. I live in a private house. When unloading the goods, the driver was not very careful with the goods. The goods were unloaded in the middle of the roadway and left in the middle of the road. Is an entrance and a road considered the same thing? There was also a girl in the car with whom the payment was made, they only gave a check where there was a fixed amount in advance for the goods + 25p. delivery. When asked if it is possible to bring it into the garage. I was told the price was 10p. And the check for 10p??? Question... Employees don't know the basic words " HELLO" It seems like a small thing, but these little things make up the impression of the company. When leaving, the driver looked under the car, and a little later they drove off after 2 houses and stopped... Opinion the car is not in very good condition.
