Positive: A new hotel, a beautiful view from the balcony, a cool elevator, white linens and snow-white towels, a nice bed, a huge plus blackout curtains. Good water pressure, hot water was always available. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer in the room. A large balcony with a table. Cons: 1. cleaning, at best they will only throw out the garbage. The floor is washed when you ask. Towels are also changed when you ask. Even if you throw the towels on the floor, they come in and throw out the trash and that's it. 2. Sound insulation: neighbors can be heard going to the toilet. 3. We had a trip with breakfast. So, breakfast is only from 8 to 9 in the morning, do not sleep, and if you go on an excursion by 8.30, you will not have time to eat. Breakfast itself has two options (porridge or side dish, see photo).

A great hotel, Wi-Fi is available, always in touch, the room is clean and cozy, and the view from the balcony is simply gorgeous. The dining room food is like at home, the chefs who are sent from the Republic of Tatarstan prepare their own. Everything is delicious, but the price is not expensive. And it's the same for small children. There are special chairs for children. There is also a small swimming pool on site.

I liked everything...I recommend.. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was enough for two people... With a balcony, refrigerator, warm towel rail, white sheets, three towels per person, shower gel and liquid soap... Everything is great, breakfast is included... Breakfast is not a buffet, but we ate too much... They gave porridge, pancakes, cheese, bread, butter, and an omelet, or there was a second option, buckwheat salad, pancakes, sausage, cheese, bread, butter, and of course tea and coffee... The territory is not very large, but well-equipped, with a swimming pool, one for children and the other for adults... This is a new building, and all the furniture is new, even the room still smells of wood... There is a dining room in the hotel building... It's not expensive and it's delicious... Close to the beach... I didn't see any disadvantages...
