I've been looking at real estate in Phuket for a long time, but I was very afraid.: how not to make a mistake with a choice? How do I check my documents? And most importantly, how can we safely transfer such money to another country if there is no usual mortgage in Thailand for us, foreigners? It turned out that everything is solved when professionals are around. Realty Phuket treated me with full understanding. That's what really helped me.: 1. Honesty about mortgages. They explained it clearly to me right away: there is no mortgage for foreigners, and there never is. Instead, they offered a real option — an interest-free installment plan from the developer for the duration of construction. It turned out to be even more convenient than stealing a loan from Russia. 2. Legal support. My worries about the Chanot (certificate of ownership) were dispelled by the agency's lawyer. We checked everything, translated the documents into Russian, and I felt calm. 3. Deal without hidden fees. We paid strictly according to the contract, and my commission as a buyer is 0 rubles. The agency receives money from the developer, but they just helped me with the selection and support. 4. Help with payment. They suggested how to legally transfer funds from the Russian Federation to Thailand, and divided payments into stages without unnecessary hassle. Now I am the happy owner of a small studio in Bang Tao district. Yes, there is no mortgage in Thailand, but with the competent guys from Realty Phuket, this is not necessary — they found the best option for me with installments.

We were looking for a house in Phuket for a holiday with parents and children, so that everyone would be comfortable. We contacted this company based on a recommendation, and we didn't lose out. Manager Pavel just saved us from a failed option that we looked at ourselves on the websites.
