Disgusting attitude towards potential tenants. The messenger manager responds in 10 hours (and this is not an exaggeration). When it comes to the meeting, on the appointed day and at the appointed time, the manager does not pick up the phone, then throws it off, and then sends an SMS saying that the meeting has been canceled. And no one is interested that you are already standing under the house and waiting. There is no question of any professionalism here. It's terrible!

I rented a place through the playground realt.by On 24.05, after confirming the reservation, I was charged for the "service" of 29 rubles, but the service was never provided to me, because the landlord canceled my reservation. I wrote about the incident to the support chatbot, sent the payment screenshots and the cancellation screen, and was told that the money would be refunded within five business days. There has still been no refund, brazen fraud and a disgusting attitude towards people.

For me, the offers in new buildings and the choice of the developer are important. Most often, I use a map search to immediately see all the offers in the area I'm interested in.
