It is very expensive to rent, the curtains have been changed for 4 years, the offices are dirty, the cleaners wash the floor with dirty rags, as a result of which when you come in the morning there is a smell of rotten meat and chlorine. Tenants are afraid to make a fuss. The rental documents are provided by "come and get it", the bill for payment is "right now, we'll send you what you didn't write earlier." The only good thing is the dining room on the ground floor, a wonderful hostess and always kind girls, you can take food to eat in the office and return it (the price tag is a little expensive, but for 2k you can eat). In general, the worst place if you want to rent offices is better on Volochaevskaya, both in terms of price and conditions, or in orbit.
