Half an hour later, I call back, they say, "And our working day is already over, we should have called earlier to negotiate," and there were still 2 hours before the end of the working day according to the schedule.

Well done guys. They started repairing the stove. I had to disassemble the entire panel. At other service stations, they charge twice as much for opening the panel. We did everything with a BANG!!! The stove heats up very well. It's not the first time I've repaired a car there, if I have to, I'll only contact them. Price is quality!!!
