Along with the bill, we received a flyer with information about a 15% discount for birthday guests. We noticed him after the payment, when we left a tip. They asked to take into account the discount, but were refused. At the same time, no alternative gesture of attention from the institution (not even a symbolic compliment or a small token of attention for the birthday) was offered. It's a pity, because the rest of the experience was very good. As a result, there was a feeling that in such a situation, the loyalty of the guest is not a value for the institution.
