Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired, I bought underwear , the amount was 6.80 rubles , I gave the cashier 10 rubles, the cashier did not have small change, she offered to debit the entire amount from the card , as a result, 1.80 rubles were deducted from the card , 5 rubles were not returned, the check was not issued either, that's how they work.

I am shocked by the customer service. Today, on 07/08/2025, my mother came to the store to buy souvenirs. I chose three sets of towels and approached the seller to ask where I could see the magnets. And then it started, to take a basket, not to put towels on the table. What kind of rudeness is this, who gave her the right to rudely communicate with clients. Terrible service, the seller needs to be kinder and more responsive.
