In my opinion, they need regulations - how many minimum people they should serve per day, then their work efficiency will increase. I really want to write a complaint to a higher authority and ensure that an electronic queue appears. At the moment, the reception day is 8-30 to 15, with very slow service... Measures are needed. This is bullying people. Previously, we had no such problems, we worked quickly and there were no complaints. The building is in terrible condition. Please take action.
