I am very disappointed with the ordering experience. On February 28, I saw an advertisement on Instagram: they offered to place an order before March 1 and buy tulips for 690rubles. Plus, there was a special offer — when ordering from 30,000rubles, they promised a gift: chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate-covered dates. I decided to make an order in advance and arranged three bouquets for about 30,000rubles. When the flowers arrived, I was very disappointed. The tulips turned out to be very small, looked frozen, shriveled, and some had spots on them. It's just a shame to give such flowers to loved ones — I planned to give them to my mother, mother-in-law and girlfriend. In addition, the courier first delivered the order without the promised gift. He said that the strawberries had most likely been forgotten and would be delivered separately. While the courier was clarifying this point, I carefully examined the bouquets and realized that I did not want to give such flowers, so I decided to cancel the order and issue a refund. The store agreed to make a refund and said that the money would be returned within 3 business days, explaining that the accounting department had the weekend off. It's already March 14th, the working week is over, but the money has not been returned to me. To be honest, it completely ruined the impression. On the same day, I just went and bought tulips for about the same price — about 700₸ — and they were many times better in quality than the ones that were brought by pre-order. Unfortunately, there were no photos left — I immediately shot a video with bouquets and sent it to the store in correspondence, but it was a one-time preview, so I couldn't save it. Personally, I won't order any more flowers here.
