We had a rest at the sanatorium in September 2026. A lot has already been written about food and rooms. I would like to express my deep gratitude to massage therapist Elena Shaplyko — without exaggeration, she saved my vacation at the Rassvet-Lyuban sanatorium. I arrived with severe back pain, and my mood was ruined, but after the first meeting with Elena, everything changed. Her approach is not just a massage, but a real professional job: she carefully sorted out the problem, chose the right technique and literally brought me back to life. I will especially note: High professionalism — every movement was precise and purposeful. Individual recommendations — she explained in detail what exercises to do at home and how to adjust your lifestyle. Shock wave therapy — it was she who recommended this procedure, and the effect exceeded all expectations: the pain went away, mobility improved. Great sense of humor — thanks to her light jokes and kind encouragement, even painful moments were easily endured, and sessions turned into a source of good mood. Thanks to Elena, I not only rested, but really improved my health. If you will be in this sanatorium, be sure to make an appointment with her! I sincerely recommend this master 100%.

This is the best sanatorium. In the pine forest. The food is five stars. Customized, there is always something to choose. The menu is varied. There are elements of a buffet. There are many procedures. The medical staff is polite. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a children's room with a tutor. I have very fond memories. We will definitely come back.
