We ordered baklava today. At first glance, the beauty is mesmerizing: golden, thin layers of dough, layered with a generous portion of bright pistachios, create a real work of art. The texture is just perfect – crispy on the outside, but so tender that it literally melts in your mouth, leaving no feeling of dryness. The syrup soaked all the layers, but did not make the dessert cloying, but only emphasized the sweetness of the nuts. The aroma is honey-nutty, with a slight hint of vanilla. I recommend 10/10 to everyone
