🛑 Dangerous to health! I stayed at the Rayymbek hotel (07/22/25 01:00 approximately 3rd floor, room 13), paid for my stay. I woke up at night from severe itching and bites — it turned out that bed bugs were in the room. The administrator behaved extremely rudely, accused me, refused to provide a fiscal and paper receipt, did not offer relocation or refund. I had to call the police, I wrote a statement about the violation of sanitary standards. I had to throw away all the clothes I was wearing. The accommodation did not take place, the night was ruined. I demand a refund and compensation. I do not recommend it! The conditions are unsanitary, the staff is rude, and does not bear any responsibility.
