(both the indoor and main pools have a comfortable depth of about 1.5 meters. children's about 100-130cm). the staff is very kind and courteous, the service is pleasant. the food, as far as we noticed, is very bad. I do not recommend taking breakfast there. there are a lot of swings on the territory, there is a playground — the children will definitely like it there. There is a store right next to it where you can buy everything you need. on the downside, the bed linen could be cleaner. a couple of minor household issues also spoiled the impression: a couple of times a stick with a shower curtain fell off, the toilet lid was a little shaky, as was the sink. one outlet in the room was not plugged in. Renting an old bathrobe costs 2000 tenge. I do not recommend this place, take your time to look at the neighbors. A day later, our guys were at a nearby establishment, where everything is beautiful and a bathrobe and slippers are included in the payment amount.
